Life Challenges – We Think We Got it Bad

You know that all of us have been through our own versions of what we call “challenging or difficult life experiences”. Well, there are times when I went through experiences that felt so difficult at that time and I felt or thought I was the only one going through “crap”. Sometimes it felt so bad that I couldn’t help but wallow and involve myself in deep states of negative and limiting emotion and thought. And all of that was valid I’m sure because I believe that no matter what we are going through and no matter how we are behaving, we are always doing “the best” we can with our current life resources, and by resources I mean everything we have available to us – both internally and externally.

But wouldn’t be great if we could snap out of the “crap” way we feel even quicker? Wouldn’t it be great if we could stop running the patterns of self-pity, depression, sadness, anger or whatever other “not so positive” emotional or mental states and behaviors we go through? Wouldn’t it be great if we could put ourselves in a more resourceful and positive state of mind even faster? I’ll just hallucinate you said “yes”. And if you did, then, may I suggest to you that, one of the quickest ways to do that (if not the quickest way), is to change or shift perspectives.

Shifting perspectives literally have the ability to give us the ability to think, feel and behave differently. If we shift to a more neutral (at the least) or even better, more positive or empowering perspective about what is going on in our life, then more than likely, we will at the very least find ourselves begin to think and act more resourcefully towards getting ourselves moving forward again.

So having said that, here’s a video I’d like to share with you of a guy who I absolutely bow to and think is absolutely amazing! If only I could have 10% of his courage, strength, determination, faith, perseverance and desire to succeed, I would be doing wonders by now. Some of you may have already watched this and know of him too but I invite you humbly to watch it again. Why? Because I honestly tell you that even though I have watched this about 50 times now, every time I do, he never ceases to “blow me away” and bring tears to my eyes. This video always, every single time I watch it, gives me “a shot” of all those positive emotions I mentioned earlier and gets me off my ass and moving forward again with massive force and momentum! So please, feel free to enjoy it..

So did you enjoy it as much as I did? Well, it’s definitely a story of perspective isn’t it? Here’s a guy who has chosen a different way to see his life and life circumstances. And that has shaped his present life and his destiny with abundance, success, massive influence, love, joy and even more serenity in all it’s forms. If we could only remember more often that we are probably not the worst of even though it may feel that way. If only we could learn to choose better perspectives to look at the challenges life presents us, imagine how much more we could be and do….

Thank you….
